Project Manager Aftermarket

In this role you will lead aftermarket project portfolios, aligning service and upgrade initiatives with the global NOV organization. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance service capabilities and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will translate customer insights into actionable improvements while fostering continuous improvement across regions. This position offers impact on both project execution and broader organizational effectiveness within a multinational environment.

• Manage aftermarket projects from inception to completion with focus on commercial and operational execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional aftermarket business
• Balance scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations to deliver results
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, and Field Service
• Lead internal improvement projects to strengthen cooperation between GustoMSC and other NOV entities
• Integrate service capabilities and support across the international NOV organization
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardization across entities
• Foster knowledge sharing and best practice adoption within the organization
• Translate customer project insights into practical improvements for the Aftermarket team
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams and cultures

• BSc/MSc degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
• Proven experience in project management with a focus on aftermarket, service, or offshore projects
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to build cross-functional alignment
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement
• Experience in a multinational environment with a track record of successful project delivery
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision
